Darkclaw looked to his son "Its sort of like a patrol.. il explain on the way.." he sniffed at the floor. catching Brackenstars scent, following it into the forest "Come on"

Iceheart Sat by a tree west side of their territory still with tears in her eyes. then she caught a scent of a shadowclan cat. She peeked around the tree to spot Curlpine. she Called out a Mew to the passing cat. glad to see a face of a cat she liked

Dawnpelt nodded "But cant blame Darkclaw.. Brackenstar doesnt address the clan no more lately.. He in his own little world. if you want my opinion i think Darkclaw would make a good leader.. hes already acting like one"

"I suppose" mewed Emberpelt "I was suprised when SNakestar picked him as deputy though, he always was off in hisown little world"

Brackenstar halted and Turned around "ROckpelt! ROckpaw!" he yowled

Dawnpelt nodded "Maybe cause he was the son of the great Lionfur? Odd now he is nothing like him.. Friendly sure.. But the Bravery and Strengh is alittle off." she chuckled "Maybe im being to cruel but.. i think it would of b-" her ears perked "Rockpelt and rockpaw? what would he be wanting with them two.."

Rockpaw padded soon after catching what Brackenstar said "Ooh hunting!" he mewed happily

Dawnpelt nodded "Well i guess were stuck with him.. aslong he keeps us alive.. plus i think Darkclaw would be keeping us safe as he seems like a leader.. only he dont have the 9 lives"

"Brackenstars hearts in the right place" said Emeberpelt "even if nothing else is"

Rockpelt nodded "Ok Brackenstar and started to walk off with rockpaw

Dawnpelt nodded "But where is his heart..?"

Rockpaw jumped around him "Not been hunting in ages! We can catch more then others cant we Rockpelt?"

Rockpelt chuckled,remembering bck when he was Rockpws age 2of course wecan "he grinend "How about we spplit up and meet back at the third tree from camp afterwards? taht way we'll catch more"

Rockpaw nodded "got it!" He instantly jumped off into a random direction, only slowing down to sniff when he got out of sight of Rockpelt

Dawnpelt sighed "Emberpelt. Brackenstar never been in love while he grown up. Possibly hes seeing a rogue? You know how toms are.."

"Pff Toms.. I swear they would fall in love with their own prey if its female.." she blinked "But despite that. i wonder if we should tell Darkclaw of our suspicions? prehaps he would help find out? im curious myself of what brackenstars up to. i dont want my kits raised ina clan with a leader who doesnt pay attention to the clan"

Emberpelt just mde a small noise of ascent, Then looked upat the grey clouds with the rain poring outof them "The forest seems to eb full of secrets at the moment"

"Mhm.. and it only seems to be me and you who ponder.. for once i wish i could leave the kits for just a day.. to go and investigate all these.. i love to explore you know that. but" Dawnpelt sighed "I never bare to leave my kits.. i guess we just have to wait for the gossip when the secrets get revealed eh.."

Emberpelt chuckled "You get used to it" she smiled looking at Dawnpelt. "Nightkit and Yellowkit will definatly make fine apprentices, Especially if they've inherited yourr ability to wander off" she teased gently.

Dawnpelt smiled. poking Emberpelt with her tail "Im sure your kits would to.. Im thrilled to be able to share a den with my kits with another queen like you. Better you then the others.. they wouldnt keep me this happy and reassured"

Darkclaw slipped in after blackheart, Making his way up to brackenstars den. using the small hill next to his den to rest. Laying down and looking around camp. the tree above him sheltered him from most rain, but after his journey he didnt care for the extra rain

Iceheart sat just outside the warriors den, sheltered by rain. looking to blackheart, tail flying up and smiling. then looking over to Darkclaw on the hill "Hm..?"

Blackheart sloped into the warriors den "Hey iceheart"

Iceheart smiled "Hey! where did you and Darkclaw go? your both soaking.. and Darkclaw looks annoyed" she looked over to the small hill wherE darkclaw was laying down"

"Um, Rain hunt?" said Blackheart awkwardly, He looked at Iceheart "Why? did anything interesting happen?"

Iceheart blinked "Rain Hunt? doesnt the prey run away when hunting?" She looked into Blackhearts eyes "Hmph.. if its secret then you could atleast not lie.." She turned away resting her head on her paws in annoyance

Blackheart sighed and trailed over to her "Ok, Its a secret,happy now?"
